By growing your own vegetables, you can get a large amount of crops which can be harvested a few times a year. There are two different types of vegetables: Cool Season and Warm Season Crops. Often Cool Season crops are not affected by a light frost, but some are so be aware. Warm Season crops can be planted when temperatures reach above seventy degrees.
