Common Name: Tickseed, Calliopsis
Consisting of about 100 species of annual and perennial herbaceous plants native to North America, coreopsis are easily grown plants with daisy like disk flowers in various colors from pale yellow to dark pink with bi-color variations.
They are easily grown, drought tolerant, and long blooming. Coreopsis make great companions with Asters, Echinacea, perennial Geranium, ornamental grasses, Lavender, and Shasta Daisy.
