The Knock Out Family of Roses
Prized by landscapers and garden designers for their long period of bloom and easy care, these tough shrub roses are a must have in almost any garden bed or border.
Plant Details:
Knock Outs are a compact shrub rose that typically grows to 3-4’ tall and as wide, though some can grow larger especially if left un-pruned. Unlike many roses, Knock Outs will bloom in shadier conditions--as little as 3 hours of direct sunlight a day. Once established these tough roses are drought-tolerant and relatively disease free. They grow in a wide range of climates, from Zones 5-11, and come in a variety of single and double-petal forms and colors.
Knockout are also especially prized for their long season of bloom, typically blooming for several weeks in early summer, and again in late summer. Some Knock Outs will even bloom all summer-long depending on conditions and climate.
