Steve Jarahian, master blender, will discuss soil mixes for greenhouse growing, mixes for container growing, and mixes for amending garden soils. Kathy Perron will discuss procedures for delivering soil mixes and mulches, both bagged and bulk.

Insect Pests of Turf: Biology, Identification and Management

Dr. Swier will be discussing integrated pest management, reviewing insecticides, identifying insects, sampling, life cycle of turf insects, proper timing of insecticide applications and cultural and biological control. Discover the world of insects in this informative seminar.

Saturday Morning Seminar Series: On Saturday mornings we have free seminars at our Newbury Street location starting in April. They run approximately one hour and are held rain or shine starting at 10:00 am. Registration preferred, but not required.
